Managing returnable packages in the circular economy means: instructing deliveries, collections or exemptions, posting to accounts, initiating transfers and keeping an eye on all transactions by means of the receipts.

Since there are always multiple partners involved in the transactions, e.g., a pool service provider, the sender or the recipient, simple and efficient communication in real time is needed. Our platform for this is called myDCE. With this you have everything under control. Lengthy account reconciliations are a thing of the past.

Our affiliated companies WBG-Pooling and LHM-Pooling are already using the platform very successfully.

We support many formats and transmission paths between the partners’ systems, from uploading a csv file in myDCE to storing XML formats in sFTP to processing EDI messages.
